Once pan heated, add oil, cumin seeds. While it spluttering add onion, tomato as per choice. Cook until tomato gets mashy. . Now add Kashmiri chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, coriander powder with / cup of water. Cook until it’s raw smell goes off, & add green peas. Close with lid and cook for mins. . Finally, add paneer along with sprinkle some kasthuri methi dry leaves to enhance the flavour. Serve with chapati/ghee rice.
