Phulka:- Soya Flour- 30gm Wheat flour- 40gm Paneer Masala:- Paneer -100 Oil-10gm Onion- 1 Tomato-2 Ginger +garlic cumin Kasuri Methi Dry spices
) Knead Soya and wheat flour into soft dough. let it rest for minutes. ) Divide dough into , Roll and cook from both side as Phulka. ) In Pan add gm oil, roast ginger, garlic, sliced onion until golden brown. Add tomato, pinch of salt. Cover and cook for - minutes. Cool and Grind into paste. ) In same pan add Remaining oil, cumin Followd with prepared paste. ) Add Red chili powder, turmeric, corrinder powder and garam masala and cook the mixture completely. (adjust consistency with water if required) ) Now add Paneer, salt and kasuri Methi ) Cover and cook for - minutes, add Fresh corrinder and it's ready!!
