1. Milk -100ml 2. Paneer -50 gm 3. Sweetner (as per taste)
In a heavy bottom pan, Boil and reduce milk to half, add scramble paneer and let it simmer on low flame. . Add cardamom powder & saffron and let it cook till reached desired consistency. . Add Sweeter (as per taste). Stir and let it cool down. Pour in serving bowl, garnish (optional-as per macros) (We may make it in more quality i.e. - portion and refrigerate it for days. I prefer thandi kheer so kept it in fridge for hours, it taste better)
