Onion, Tomato, Capsicum chopped (25gm)

Add oil in the frying pan, add dry red chilli and whole cumin in the hot oil
Add Onion and capsicum and saute for - minutes till the onion is soft and translucent.
Add tomato, chilli as required and dry masala (turmeric, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder) and mix well
Once the masala is mixed and ready add grated paneer and mix with the masala; saute this mixure for minutes and the paneer is ready
Tost the bread on tawa and add cheese slice on the bread. Place the paneer mixture on the bread and the sandwich is ready!
