Butter- 10 gm
Cut paneer into small pieces and marinate in salt, chaat masala, kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala.
Chop onion, green bell pepper, garlic, ginger, green chillies and carrot finely.
Chop long cabbage; cilantro and scallion finely.
Boil the rice with salt.
Add very little butter and saute the marinated paneer until it’s chewy.
Add butter and then put in onion, bell pepper and carrots.
Once onion is transparent, add cabbage and little scallion.
Season with salt, black pepper, red chilli, garam masala and schezwan fried rice powder (optional).
Add sauted paneer pieces to it and boiled rice and mix.
Take it off heat and garnish with cilantro and scallion.
