Ingredients

paneer 100 gm

cooked rice 100 gm

ghee 5 gm

vegetables ( carrot, cabbage, peas,) together 100 gm

Method

Step 1

Take any pan or kadahi, add gm ghee or oil of your choice,

Step 2

add vegetables first peas then carrot then cucumber, don't add salt at this stage else vegetables will become soggy

Step 3

roast paneer on tawa without oil and cut it into small cubes and add it to your pan

Step 4

add boiled rice

Step 5

add black pepper, salt, little soya sauce at this point and keep pan in high flame, roast it for to minutes on high. flame
