200 GMs Paneer
50 ml Cow Milk
Half onion grated
Half Tomato grated
4 grated garlic cloves
Half inch grated ginger
4 green chillies
Finely chopped Coriander
50 ml water
Salt to taste
Half teaspoon Turmeric
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
Half teaspoon garam masala
Half teaspoon chicken masala
Half teaspoon coriander powder
8 gm Desi Ghee
3-4 Chopped green chillies
Heat ghee in a pan and add grated garlic
Add grated onion and sauté till golden brown
Add all spices and fry for a minute
Add Grated tomato, grated ginger and chopped green chillies
Fry till ghee separates from masala
Add paneer cubes and top it up with milk and water
Cover with lid and let it simmer for minutes
Remove the lid and garnish with lots of finely chopped coriander
