Recipe : Step . Preparation of paneer baati .Grated paneer mixed along with wheat flour and prepared the soft dough. .Prepare a thick roti. Dal preparation : .Boil the dal and keep it aside. .Take oil in a pan add cumin seed and musturd. .Add garlic paste fried until it is light brown. .Add tomato and fry again for few minutes. .Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt(according to the taste) and fry again for few minutes. .last add the boiled dal and boil again, maintain the consistency accordingly.
