Ingredients- 100gm Paneer 100gm Loki 50gm capsicum 50gm onion Gram flour/besan 20gm green chilli 2 garlic 8-10 piece Spices of ur choices

Method

Step 1

Method- Grind all the vegetables n add grinded paneer to it. now add gm besan n spices of ur choices (salt, redchilly powder, chat masala) according to ur taste. Make cutlets of the mixture. n cook it on non stick pan. no need to brush oil or ghee. Cook it on low flame . it takes min from single side... n min from second side. serve it with green chutney or ketchup...
