Ingredients

Paneer 250 grams,

Sugar free substitute ( 20 grams)

2 teaspoons rose essence ( rose water)

2-3 cardamom pods whole

50 grams dry fruits ( almonds , pistachios and cashews)

6-8 strands of saffron

1/2 tsp baking powder

100 grams suji ( fine semolina)

100 ml of milk ( or more to make cake batter consistency)

For Rabri topping 1/2 litre milk reduced to thick Sweetener 20 grams

Method

Step 1

grind the paneer, sugar substitute, rose water , cardamom pods , dry fruits and saffron strands in a blender jar and blend smooth purée Now transfer in a bowl and add baking powder and of sooji. Add milk to bring it to cake batter consistency and leave for - minutes, then stir again and bake in preheated oven for - minutes at degrees. Top it with instant Rabri ( / litre of milk reduced to paste like consistency) Chop some dry fruits and saffron and garnish
