Paneer 50gms

Onion 50gms

Tomato 50gms

Capsicum 100gms

Red chilli flakes

Ghee 5gm

Jeera

Curry leaf

Salt

Method

Step 1

Add jeera to ghee until it splutters.

Step 2

Add the curry leaf and red chilli flakes.

Step 3

Now fry the onion and tomato.

Step 4

Introduce the paneer and mix well

Step 5

Add capsicum and stir for another minute.

Step 6

Sprinkle salt to taste and serve hot.
