Soak moong dal for to hrs.
Grind the moong dal into fine paste( no water to be added)
Add salt, chilli, finely chopped onion in the batter
For stuffing
Take gm of paneer ,add salt chilli powder and mix it well
Heat nonstick pan , to drop of ghee on pan and pour the batter and spread it,let it cook for to mins ,once cooked flip it and cook the other side and fill the stuffing of paneer and add small pieces cheese and fold it and let it cook for min
