Add gms of ghee to the pan, add finely chopped onion( gms), tomato ( gms), capsicum ( gms)
Now add spices to like ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, corriander powder, garam masala and other spices according to your taste
Let them fry for few mins and add to water to that to make it a kind of gravy and again let it sit for few more minutes with lid on it
Now add the shredded paneer ( gms) and then fry it again for few mins
In the final step add gms of cheese, stir it well
Eat it hot, because the cheese is going to make this dish texture harder as the time progress
