100g paneer 1 onion 1 tomato 1 green capsicum some shredded cheese
salt black pepper turmeric dhane jire powder green chillies ginger garlic paste
add chopped Onion to non stick pan and cooked for - minutes
then add some some ginger garlic paste
add chopped tomatoes to that and sprinkle some salt on Tomatoes and cook for another minutes
add green chillies and all other veggies
add all spices according to your taste
then cook for minutes on low flame so that veggies will be perfectly cooked
then add smash paneer to that and mix all
add shredded cheese
serve your bhurji
