Suji/semolina :40gm

Finely chopped spring onions : 2-3tbsp

Finely chopped green chillies :2-3(adjust according to your spice levels)

Paneer grated :25gm

Salt as per taste

Oil as per your macro

Greek yoghurt :2tsp

Baking soda/Eno : 1/4 tsp

Step 1

STEP: .Mix suji, yoghurt,baking soda/Eno,soya mince powdered with water,salt and make it in to paste consistent enough to make cheela Keep it aside for mins Heat tawa Grease oil Pour cheela mix on to tawa On top add spring onions , green chillies and grated paneer Turn side and cook for another few seconds Take off into plate and enjoy with any side dish or as it is
