Paneer- 100g

Chana - 40g

Spices

Vegetables - carrot, beets, onions, grated loki

Oil/ghee as per macros

Rava- 10g for coating

Method

Step 1

Soak and boil kala chana till soft . Pulse for a coarse meal. . Grate vegetables and paneer. . Add spices like dhania- jeera powder, chillies, salt , amchur, kitchen king masala, kasuri methi. . Mix everything well and shape tikkis. Coat with rava. . Shallow fry in pan till crispy. Enjoy with green chatni and a dash of chaat masala.
