Ingredients

Ingredients * 100 gm veggies (coliflower, garlic , green chilli, onion , coriander, green capcicum) This is my diet recipe you can add veggies according to your diet or choice * paneer 50gm or according to your quantity * 1/4 tsp salt * 2 tsp chilly flex * 2 tsp oregano * 1 tbsp lime juice * 1tsp soya souce ( optional ) * 1 tbsp fried rice masala ( optional) * 5 gm butter

Method

Step 1

INSTRUCTIONS * Cut the cauliflower into large chunks with paneer and place in a food processor. Pulse for to seconds until the cauliflower and paneer has broken down into small rice sized pieces.
 * In a pan on medium heat, add butter sautee the onion and garlic ,green chilies capcicum for minutes until the onions soften . Add in the cauliflower paneer rice, salt , , cover with a lid and cook for another to minutes until the cauliflower rice has begun to soften in texture.
 * Add in the oregano , paprika, lime juice and soya sauce. Continue to cook until the cauliflower becomes tender but not mushy. Stir in the chopped coriander just before serving. #FITTRMasterchef
