Paneer - 100 gms
10 gm oil
50 gm Chopped Onion
60 gm Chopped Tomato
20 gm Green Peas

Put gm oil in a wok under low flame.
Add gm Chopped Onion in the oil.
Mix the onion for a while until it turns slightly brown.
Add gm Chopped Tomato and mix it with onion.
Add gm Green Peas and mix it well.
Add salt to taste. Add / tbsp of turmeric powder. Add / tbsp of coriander powder. Add / tbsp of chilli powder.
Mix the entire mixture well.
Crumble gms of Paneer in a plate.
Add the crumbled Paneer with the mixture and mix it well.
Put on the lod and keep it on low flame for - minutes.
Add the end add some Coriander for a bit of garnishment.
Mix it well and your Paneer Bhurji is ready to be served.
