Ghee - 2.5 grams Paneer - 75 grams Mozzarella Cheese - 1 slice Bread slices- 2 Cumin Mustard seeds Coriander powder Red Chilly powder Turmeric powder Salt Green Chilly - 2 small Onion Tomato
Take ghee in a pan and then once add very less amount of cumin and mustard seeds once ghee heat up. Now add green chillies and chopped onion, saute it for sometime until onion turn little brown and after that add chopped tomato along with coriander, red chilly turmeric powder and salt cook for a minute and add crumbled paneer . Cook it for few minutes and then spread it over bread and add cheese slice on top. Now enjoy you quick and easy Paneer bhurji sandwich:)
