Paneer 100 gm
Onion 1 medium - finely chopped
Tomato 1 large ripe- grated/pureed
Ghee/oil 8 gm
Ginger Garlic Paste
Rice 60 gm
Add Ghee to a pan followed by Onion & Ginger Garlic paste and cook until golden brown
Add grated/pureed tomatoes and add spices (salt/jeera powder/turmeric/chilli powder/corainder powder) and cook for mins. Add half cup water and cook for mins.
Add Pameer and cook for mins without covering the pan.
Garnish with Grated paneer and Coriander
Serve with Rice or Chapati or Paratha
