Heat tbsp of oil/ghee in pan Put Salmon skin side first Cool for about minutes Meanwhile take tbsp lemon juice and Minced garlic cloves Pour the mix of lemon juice and garlic on salon and cover Let it cook for another minutes Turn the Salmon and cook for another minutes
