Tofu 100gm Brocolli 50 gm Carrot 50 gm Capsicum 50 gm Red Chilli 1 Olive oil 7 ml Soy Sauce, salt as per taste
Heat oil, saute tofu for mins. Add veggies, salt, chilli, saute together for mins. Add soy sauce and keep on low flame for another mins. Add sesam seeds and serve hot.
