1. 200gm Chicken breast( Marinated in indian masala and ginger garlic paste) 2. 12gm Ghee 3. 10gm rice flour 4. 10gm semolina / rawa 5. Chopped onion and green chillies
Chop the chicken breast in small cubes and marinate in indian masala, salt and ginger garlic paste and keep it aside for min.
Heat the pan on medium flame and pour ghee on top and spread over the entire surface.
Mix marinated chicken breast with chopped onion and green chillies along with rice flour and rawa.
Spread all chicken pieces over the heated pan and let it fry and get brown and then carefully flip it to another side and make it brown on both side, it will hardly take to min for chicken breast to cook nicely,crunchy from outside and still juicy from inside.
Make sure don't over cook as chicken breast tends to become chewy, so cook till it's tender and crunchy outside.
Serve this delicious crunchy chicken breast with coriander chutney and lots of salads.
