Ingredients

Boiled chicken Brest boneless-100g

Broccoli-50 g

Bell peppers-40g

Veeba American mustard sauce-1 tsp

Ghee / butter -3 g

Ginger garlic green chilli paste

Method

Step 1

Clean and marinate breast boneless chicken with ginger garlic green chilli paste and salt You can add lemon juice ( tsp ) -optional Make holes with fork for better marination Pressure cook

Step 2

Brush nonstick pan with ghee / butter / oil

Step 3

Fry boiled chicken from both sides Adjust salt Sprinkle any all purpose seasoning or black pepper powder

Step 4

Serve with bell peppers and blanched broccoli Drizzle tsp of mustard sauce or any of your choice
