Moong Dal - 100 gms
Onion - 50 gms
Tomato - 50 gms
Oil - 6 gms
In pressure cooker, saute Ginger garlic in oil. Add Onion and fry them until golden brown. Then add tomato.
Add dry spices as per your taste.
Add spinach & dal to it. cook with minimal water for around whistles ( minutes)
once done, grind it as per the texture you like.
Enjoy with roti or rice !!!
