first soak soya chunk in water to become soft. boil Palak and grind to it with green chilly ( so that it won't take time to cook ) put ghee in fry pan after heating put palat gravy in it and spices according to requirment. at last put soak soya chunk. after drying put some water in it and cook for minut. enjoy with lemon.
