Green moong dal Rice Blanched Spinach ( palak ) Oil Cheese Ginger - 1 inch Green chillies - 2 Spices : salt, paprika,
Soak equal quantities of green moong dal and rice for - hours. Blanch the spinach Add the dal and rice in a blender along with blanched spinach, green chillies, ginger & salt. Add in a little water and make it like a dosa batter. The batter shouldn’t be too thin. Heat the pan and pour the batter like dosa & add your veggies, i have added onion, bell peppers and tomatoes. Add shredded cheese, salt, pepper, paprika and olive oil on the sides. Heat it on low flame for - mins or until the cheese melts and have it with your favourite chutney!!
