Palak paneer with Soya wheat phulka Ingredients for Palak Paneer 100 gms Paneer 200 gms Palak 10 gm oil 1 onion Ginger garlic Chilli paste Whole spice as per choice Dry spices as per taste Salt Kasuri methi optional Ingredients for Soya-wheat Phulka 30 gms wheat flour 30 gms Soya flour
Method for Palak Paneer:- ) Blanch Palak for minutes in boiling water and cool it completely (use cold water) then make a fine paste of it without adding water. ) In a kadhai add gm of oil add Chopped onion, ginger, garlic and green chillies and cook it until golden then make fine paste of it. ) In same kadai add remaining oil, whole spices, cumin and let it fry. ) Now add paste made with onion n fry till it turn brown. ) Add pinch of turmeric, Coriander powder. ) Now add palak paste and cook for - minutes only. ) Add salt, kasuri methi and Paneer, then cook for another minutes and it's ready. Method for Phulka:- )Make soft dough combining wheat +soya flour, Let it est for minutes. ) Roll the dough into equal size Phulka and cook it from both sides.
