Ingredients

100 gm Spinach

5 gm ghee/oil/butter

Small onion(approx.60 gm)

Small tomato(approx.100 gm)

100 gm Paneer(Cottage cheese)

2 garlic clove(approx 8.5 gm)

Salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,coriander powder

Method

Step 1

)Blanch the washed spinach in a pot. )In a separate pan,add ghee,cumin seeds,finely chopped garlic,saute a min then add onion puree. )Saute it for a minute then add tomato puree and add all spices according to your taste. )Pureé blached spinach and add it in the gravy. )Cover it and cook it till the raw smell of spinach disappears.Add cubes of cottage cheese,mix it well . )Serve it with a dash of cream over it and enjoy !!!😋
