Cumin seeds :1/4 tsp
Cinnamon sticks: 2-3 small pieces
Star anise: 2
Cardamom: 3
Oil : 4gms (use within your macros)
Turmeric powder: 3-4 pinch
Red chilli powder;1/4 tsp
Lime juice: 2tsp
Onions :60gms
Ginger garlic paste:1/4 tsp
Rice:70gms
Salt as per taste
Préparation: keep rice boiled ready STEPS: . Heat pan . Grease pan with oil . Add paneer cubes and fry . Once paneer is golden brown, take out and keep separately . Now add cumin seeds , green chillies, cardamom,bay leaves,cloves,cinnamon sticks,star anise ,and fry well . Add onions and ginger garlic paste and fry well . Now add chopped palak and salt and fry well till soft . Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and cook for few more minutes .now add boiled rice and saute . Add lime juice and mix well . Now add fried paneer and mix well . Serve hot
