Oil/ghee - 15g
Paneer - 100g
Wheat flour - 40g
Soya chunks flour - 20g
Spinach (Palak) paste
Dry Spices and Salt
In a small bowl add wheat flour+ soya chunks flour+ spinach paste together. Add little water and make a slightly sticky dough.
In other bowl add dry spices and salt to the paneer. You can add some mint leaves also.
Take one dough portion/ ball and roll to a inch circle.
Place some paneer stuffing on the center. Press lightly to seal the edge well.
Roll the stuffed dough ball into an circle or oval shape.
Heat the pan and cook the paratha with some oil.
Serve the paratha with some mint and coriander chutney.
