50gm fresh paneer 10gms oil/ghee 100gms veggies (adjust spinach according to salad ratio you choose) 1 tablespoon chopped onion and tomato Salt and other spices as per ur taste
Pressure cook rice by adding jeera in it . Heat oil in pan and add tempering by cumin, mustard seeds . Add onion, tomatoe, ginger garlic paste . Turmeric, red chilli powder n salt . Add chopped spinach n let it cook for mins .later add paneer and mix it well let it steam for mins .bhujri is ready for salads i have added fresh salad n cucumber
