Coconut oil - 3gm
Ginger - 5gm
Garlic - 5gm
Green chilly- 1
Dry spices - salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves.
Whole spices - bay leaf, cardamom, clove (1-2)
Cumin seeds - a pinch
Clean and chop the spinach and cook it adding little water for about minutes.
In a skillet, add cumin seeds and all whole spices and let it crackle, then add cooked spinach along with ginger garlic and chilly paste and sauté for a minute.
Add grated paneer and all dry spices and let all cook for about minutes or until rawness disappears. Enjoy with chapati 😋
