Take a pan add Ghee on it

Add Onion and Ginger garlic paste on it

Add Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander and Kastoori methi and degi Lal mirch.
Then add blended spinach on it
Cook them for - minutes.
Then add paneer into in it.
