Paneer -75gms
Palak -75 gms or as per your choice
Onion -100 gms
Ghee - 5 ml
Basic Ingredients - Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies
Spices - Salt, Red Chilli Powder, turmeric, Hing, Jeera
Wash the Palak and Boil it for mins
Once cooled- give a quick stir to make a paste and keep aside
Make another paste of Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Chillies
Take a pan - heat the ghee/oil
Put Hing followed by Onion paste - cook on medium flame till it is golden brown
Add all spices and cook it for another min on slow flame
Add Palak paste
finally add Paneer and close with lid and cook on slow flame for -mins
Ready to serve hot!!
