Paneer-200gms Spinach/Palak - 150gms Oil- 10gms Dried chilli- 2-3 piece mustard seed- 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste- 1tsp onion- 2 (total 100-150 gms approx) chicken masala - 1/2tsp Or M**** masala magic- 1/2tsp salt- As per taste Turmeric- 1/2tsp
Boil onion and make a smooth puree Boil spinach and make a smooth puree In a pan add oil and once hot add mustard seed and dried chilli Add chopped onion and fry until brown and add Turmeric powder Add ginger garlic paste and mix until raw smell goes add Paneer cubes and stir well so that masala gets coated and add salt as per taste Add chicken masala or M**** masala magic and stir Add boiled onion puree.. mix well.. close the lid and cook in low flame for min open the lid mix again and add boiled spinach/ palak puree and mix. Add hot water if gravy is too thick Check salt and add if necessary. Mix well and Delicious palak paneer is ready ๐ฅ
