100 gms low fat home made paneer
1 bowl spinach
10 cashew nuts
1 tomato
1 onion
1/2 inch ginger
1 green chilli
Rock salt as per taste
1/2 tbps turmeric powder
Put some water on boil.
Once water comes to rolling boil, switch off the gas and put the spinach and cover it for - minutes
Take out the spinach after minutes and soak it in ice cold water so its color is not lost
Then add tomato, onion, ginger, chilli and spinach in a grinder and make a fine puree
In another grinder, put the cashew and grind it without water
Put a heavy bottomed pan on stove and add the spinach puree and add turmeric powder and salt
After some time, add the paneer cubes and mix it well
Finally add the cashew powder and cook it covered for - minutes
