For Dhabdi (धबडी) Add oil to a cooker Add mustard seeds & chopped garlic to the oil. Add half onion followed by besan and dry roast the same Add chopped palak, half tomato, cups water and cook for whistles.
For Paneer Bhurji Add oil to a pan followed by jeera and choppee garlic and saute for a min on low flame. Add chopped onion,tomato and green chilli and saute for mins Add salt,red chilli powder,corainder powder and turmeric. (garam masala optional) Add paneer and cook for mins.
