ghee 10 gm
in a cooker heat ghee
add cumin seeds, cardamom pods, cloves
add crushed ginger and chilies and stir
add onion and tomatoes
saute it for a few minutes and add spices salt and turmeric
add palak and cook till it softens
add washed rice and dal and fry for a minute
add sufficient water to the cooker
cook it till whistles
