Chicken =200gms Spinach =300gms tomato=50gms onion=50gms oil-10gms ginger garlic paste spices coriander leaves
Marinate the chicken with all spices (salt,turmeric, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste)
Add green chilies and coriander leaves to blanched spinach to make a puree.
Temper oil &saute onions for to mins ,now add the marinated chicken and fry that well in slow flame for -mins.
Now add little water and chopped tomato and cook the chicken on a high for mins.
lastly add the Spinach puree and mix it very well,simmer for - mins on low on saute in the pot and adjust the consistency that you prefer.
