Ginger garlic paste, one onion, one tomato

10 gm butter
Salt, kashmiri chilli powder, Pepper powder , Turmeric powder

Bay leaves , 2 cloves , 1 cinnamon stick
Marinate chicken with salt, Turmeric powder, Chilli powder, Pepper powder and keep it for min.
Blanch the spinach and make it a paste along with cashews.
In a pan add butter, saute bay leaves,cloves, cinnamon , thinly sliced onions.
Once onion caramelised, add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes and Saute untill tomatoes become mushy.
Now add the marinated chicken and saute for a min , and add water needed to cook the chicken. Cover the pan with lid and let the chicken cook for to minutes.
Now add the spinach puree and give it a mix. Once the palak is cooked well , add Crushed kasthuri methi and squeeze a lemon and mix and serve with hot rice or roti.
