Green Chillies
Boil water, add spinach leaves for around a min and remove it and put it in cold water
Squeeze the water and grind it with green chillies, keep this paste aside
Add butter to pan, add whole spices
Add finely chopped onion, let it get translucent and then add ginger garlic paste
Add spices-Chilli powder, Turmeric powder, cumin powder, Chicken masala and mix it for a min
Add tomatoes, allow it to cook well and then add marinated chicken (I marinated it hours before and used the same spices + curds)
When chicken is about % cooked add the blanched spinach and now let it cook together
Add salt and kasuri methi and palak chicken is ready
