Spices - coriander, cumin , turmeric , chilli powder, salt, garam masala

Step : heat the ghee in pan , add the chopped chillies. Fry for min. Step : add the chopped onion , fry till golden brown. Step : add the chicken , ginger garlic paste and spices (except garam masala) Step : fry for / mins covering the lid. Step : add the chopped tomatoes and fry for / mins , once the tomatoes get soft add water and cover and cook for mins. Step : add garam masala. Step : add chopped spinach and cook for / mins Step : check the consistency of water , if required add water and cook for or mins . Palak chicken is ready.
