mix fruits (170g), milk(200ml), oats(40g), chea seeds and pumkin seeds(1 tea spoon)
just mix everything, I have used the grapes, half banana, blue blueberry and pear. cut in to small pieces. putted overnight in fridge and eat next morning. thank u
