Ingredients

1 Large Potato

2 Eggs

50g French Beans

1 Tomato

Italian Herbs

Method

Step 1

Cut tomato in slices and boil it for - minutes

Step 2

Bake the eggs in oven in mug or container or just cook it on pan (half fry). Add salt and pepper.

Step 3

Toss the boiled potatoes in butter add salt and pepper and red chilli for - minutes on high flame

Step 4

Grill French beans on pan for minutes adding salt pepper and Italian herbs

Step 5

Serve in a bowl add toppings of Italian herbs and salt if needed
