Fresh Orange juice 100ml( one big orange should be sufficient)

Plain greek yoghurt :20ml

Salt as per taste

Stevia as per taste

Cardamom powder as per taste

Orange zest grated: few pieces(from the orange peel used to make juice here)

Method

Step 1

STEPS: . Take blender . Add yoghurt . Add fresh orange juice . Add salt,stevia and cardamom powder . Blend to smooth . Serve it into a glass . Add some orange zest and enjoy your orange lassi
