oats 50gm

ghee 5 gm

turmeric 1/2 tsp

salt as per taste

red chilli 1 tsp

kasoori metthi or coriander 1tbs

ajwian 1/2 tsp

Luke warm water 1 cup

Method

Step 1

first grind the oats

Step 2

mix gm ghee in lukewarm water and mix all dry ingredients

Step 3

mix water and dry ingredients and make a dough and leave it for minutes

Step 4

put some ghee on pan and make thepla or paratha Enjoy your oats thepla with curd and green chillis.
