Ingredients : 100g tempeh 50g onion 50g carrots 3g oil 2g sesame seeds 10g sriracha sauce Some chopped garlic Garlic salt & pepper powder to season

Method

Step 1

•Heat some oil in a nonstick pan •Add chopped garlic to it •Add sliced onions & sauté till its golden brown •Add carrots and sauté •Add tempeh and mix thoroughly •Add sriracha sauce and some sesame seeds and toss it on high flame One could garnish with some chopped spring onion and serve it
