Method

Step 1

Heat ghee in pressure cooker.Add chopped ginger garlic and onion and sauté for min

Step 2

add tomatoes and cook for min

Step 3

Add chopped veggies and mix well.add salt,red chilli powder and turmeric and mix

Step 4

pressure cook for -min.

Step 5

Mash using masher and add pav bhaji and cook on low flame for min& it’s ready Add some lemon juice while serving

Step 6
