4 Egg Whites
40 gm Mozzarella Cheese
Coriander and Mint Chutney
2 ml Ghee
Measure ml ghee in cooking pan and put it on burner.
Pour whisked Eggs along with preferred spices into the pan once ghee/oil reaches its heating point.
Cook the omelette from both side and then spread Green (Coriander and Mint Chutney) on top of it.
Spread the cheese and let it cook for - minutes on slow flame after covering the pan. This is just for the cheese to melt.
Put seasoning as per taste.
